The next several weeks are going to be go, go, go for the Gartner clan, so the kids and I made a point of spending some down time today. We woke up to a snowy day, and after a trip to the gym, we hunkered down for some couch time, while Dad went to put the finishing touches on a work project. Barrett is more and more helpful with Greta, particularly with "paci patrol." When that little thing pops out of her mouth, he is Johnny-on-the-spot. And SO CUTE, saying something like "Here you go Detta, here's your Paci... did your paci fall out, sister?" It about brings me to tears every time!
He also has given her a nick name of "Teaky." I asked him... "Teaky???" He replied, "Ya, she a Teaky Mouse!" 
We'll see if it sticks.
